I am all about embracing my adventurous spirit when I travel. From Shark Cage diving to challenging hikes... Adventure is always on the top of my bucket list. Here are Five Amazing Hikes across the world with breath-taking views and time to reflect in nature.

Angel's Landing (Zion National Park, Utah)

In the heart of Utah's Zion National Park, Angel's Landing offers one of the most thrilling hikes in the United States. This challenging 5-mile (8-km) trail takes you through a series of steep switchbacks called Walter's Wiggles, up to a narrow ridge with sheer drop-offs on both sides. The hike might test your nerve, but the unparalleled view of Zion Canyon from the top is worth every heart-pounding moment. Towering red rock walls, deep, lush valleys, and a winding river create a stunning panorama that embodies the wild beauty of the American West.

The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu (Peru)

The Inca Trail is more than just a hike; it's a journey back in time. This 26-mile (42-km) trail was once used by the Incas to reach the mystical city of Machu Picchu. Hikers will traverse cloud forests and alpine tundra, encounter archaeological sites, and behold the majestic Machu Picchu at sunrise—an experience that will truly touch your soul.

Mount Kilimanjaro (Tanzania)

Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, presents a life-changing journey. With several routes to choose from, hikers can select their own unique adventure. Despite the physical demands, reaching the snow-capped summit and watching the sunrise above the clouds is an achievement of a lifetime.

Lions Head (South Africa)

Located in Cape Town, Lions Head offers an incredible hike with panoramic views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. With a moderately challenging ascent, the reward at the peak is worth every step. Whether you choose to hike during full moon nights or catch the famous Cape Town sunrise, this journey guarantees an unforgettable experience.

Tongariro Alpine Crossing (New Zealand)

Considered one of the best day hikes in the world, the Tongariro Alpine Crossing offers an otherworldly landscape. This 12-mile (19.4-km) hike will take you past emerald sulfur lakes, old lava flows, and an active crater. The ethereal beauty of this trail is sure to leave an indelible mark on your memory.

Hiking is one of my favorite things to do as a traveler. Each of these hikes offers unique challenges and rewards, inspiring a sense of achievement, wonder, and a deeper connection with our beautiful planet. So put on your hiking boots and embark on these extraordinary adventures!!!
